Data deletion instructions

If you want MLADIS to delete personal information associated with your booking account or social login, send a deletion request to garciapiterz@gmail.com.

How to request deletion

  • Email MLADIS with the subject line Data deletion request.
  • Include the name and email address used for your booking or social login.
  • If your request is related to Facebook Login, mention that in the message so MLADIS can locate the connected account quickly.

What happens next

  • MLADIS may ask for limited verification information to confirm the request belongs to you.
  • After verification, account records that are no longer needed for active bookings, security, accounting, or legal compliance will be deleted or anonymized.
  • If some records must be retained, MLADIS will keep only the minimum information required for those obligations.

Expected timing

  • MLADIS aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days.
  • Completed deletions or follow-up explanations are typically sent within 30 days.
