MLADIS policy
Privacy policy
MLADIS uses this site to respond to booking inquiries, manage guest accounts, support payment flows, and provide direct host communication for stays and related services in the Dominican Republic.
If you have questions about this policy, contact garciapiterz@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Booking and account details such as your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, guest count, and messages you send through the site.
- Operational records such as reservation status, invoices, page visits, and support activity needed to run the booking service securely.
- Social login details supplied by Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or GitHub when you choose those sign-in options.
- Payment-related metadata from Stripe. MLADIS does not store full card numbers on this site.
How we use it
- To create and manage your booking or account.
- To communicate about inquiries, payments, reservations, and support requests.
- To operate login, fraud-prevention, analytics, and administrative tooling for the site.
- To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes when necessary.
Sharing and retention
- MLADIS shares data only with service providers needed to run the booking experience, such as Stripe for payments and email infrastructure for notifications.
- Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of guests, hosts, or the service.
- Reservation, invoice, payment-status, and support records are retained while needed for active bookings, guest support, security, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal requirements.
- Social login profile data is retained only while the connected account is active or while needed to identify booking records. If Facebook/Meta does not provide an email address, MLADIS stores a non-deliverable account identifier until you add or request an email update.
Your choices
- You can contact MLADIS to update or correct your account and reservation details.
- You can request deletion instructions at /data-deletion/.
- If you signed in with a social provider, you can also remove MLADIS access from that provider's app settings.
