Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the MLADIS booking site, direct host communication, donation checkout, and related guest services.

Bookings
- Submitting an inquiry or deposit request does not guarantee a reservation until MLADIS confirms availability and booking terms.
- Rates, deposit requirements, and stay rules may vary by property, date range, and service type.
- Guests must provide accurate contact and stay information when using the site.
Payments and cancellations
- Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.
- Damage deposits may be authorized, captured, released, or refunded based on the reservation terms and property condition.
- Cancellation handling follows the reservation's stated cancellation policy and any written host approval.
Guest responsibilities
- Guests must follow posted house rules, occupancy limits, safety guidance, and any additional booking instructions supplied by MLADIS.
- Guests are responsible for damage, prohibited use, chargebacks made in bad faith, or losses caused by inaccurate booking details.
- MLADIS may suspend or deny service for abuse, fraud, repeated no-shows, or misuse of the platform.
Platform use
- The site, branding, and booking materials are provided for lawful guest and support use only.
- MLADIS may update the site, pricing, availability, or these terms as operations change.
- Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
